Niagara Community College Basketball Team with their Indigos.

How do you build the highest-performing team?

Understand your players.

The Indigo Inventory provides coaches with DISC (behavior) profiles for every player. Your stars might be the most driven and competitive (High Dominance).

Time to rally? That’s when you’ll see the most outgoing (High Influencing) players encouraging the team.

Timeout during the high-stress point in a game – this is where your patient and deliberate (High Steadiness) players keep the team balanced and unified.

The best offense is a solid defense. Late in a close game, you need discipline and concentration; some of your best defenders will be high Compliance.
