Ron Bonnstetter, PhD, Senior Vice President at Indigo’s technology partner, TTI. Target Training International is a global leader in assessment technologies, currently active in ninety countries.  Dr. Bonnstetter is a Professor Emeritus at the University of Nebraska Lincoln with decades of award-winning teaching and research on neurology.


Raghu Krishnaiah, MS & MBA, COO of University of Phoenix. COO of University of Phoenix, Raghu Krishnaiah has more than 20 years of leadership experience in technology, sales, and operations for higher education and financial companies. Raghu was integral to scaling Kaplan to $1.2 billion in sales. Krishnaiah received an MS from MIT and an MBA from Wharton.

Brad Harper, MS, CEO and Founder of Trigon Executive Assessment Center. Founder and CEO of Trigon, a Fortune 500 consulting firm, Brad Harper has over 35 years of experience as a certified career counselor and 25 years of experience using assessments for career development and employee selection.

James Maraviglia, MS, Associate Vice Provost for Marketing & Enrollment Development at Cal Poly University. James Maraviglia has been actively involved in admissions and recruitment for higher education for the past 38 years and was the former California State Representative for the ACT.

Karen Kimsey-House, MFA, CPCC, MCC. One of the earliest recognized luminaries in the coaching profession, Karen Kimsey-House co-founded the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in 1992. She also is a blogger for The Huffington Post and the co-author of Co-Active Coaching, the best-selling industry bible, now in its third edition. 

George Deriso, founder of Cosmos Partners, long-time global entrepreneur, faculty member at University of Colorado. Prior to founding Cosmos Partners (a privately-held company offering investment counseling) in 2004, George worked for Falcon Venture Partners, a Colorado private equity firm. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental as an executive or founder of 9 technology ventures. Currently, George is a faculty member at the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business in Boulder and a preceptor at Watson University. 

Stuart Cohen, BA in Psychology from Yale University, author of The Seventh System: Harnessing the Power of Your Emotional System. Stuart Cohen is a writer and personal life coach with a background in the arts. He worked as a professional commercial and editorial photographer for 25 years and published his images in museums worldwide. Most notably, his photography is part of the permanent collection of the Smithsonian Institution. 

Kim Hochschuler, Chairman of the Board for the Tesseract School. Kim Hochschuler is the current Chairman of the Board for the Tesseract School, an independent, Co-educational, Pre-K thru 12th grade school in the Phoenix/Paradise Valley area. She is also the former Director of Revenue Enhancement for Hospital Corp. of America.  

Dr. Linda Garcia, Ph.D. in Social Science and Informatics, MA in International Politics, MA in International Affairs. Dr. Linda Garcia is Director of the Communication, Culture and Technology Program at Georgetown University. Prior to coming to Georgetown in 1996, she was Project Director and Senior Associate at the Office of Technology Assessment of the US Congress. Dr. Garcia holds a PhD from the University of Amsterdam and two MA degrees from Columbia University.

Tom Lewis, Founder, Owner, and CEO of T.W. Lewis Company. Tom Lewis is the CEO of a Phoenix, Arizona-based real estate investment company that was winner of America’s Best Design Center Award in 2002 and 2004 and earned the National Housing Quality Gold Award in 2009. In 2000, Tom and his wife, Jan, formed T.W. Lewis Foundation, which supports higher education, providing scholarships for students in need.
